Set Up Brand Profile and Assets
Fill in Brand Kit so Bevyl can follow your identity, guardrails, and reusable assets.

Setup
- Sign in to the workspace whose brand should guide future drafts.
- Open
Brand Kitbefore you start entering brand details. - Prepare your brand name, short positioning, voice notes, and any product, persona, or spokesperson details you want to add.
- Required files or assets: none required; optional spokesperson photos can be PNG, JPEG, or WebP and must be 10 MB or smaller.
Step by step
1. Open Brand Kit
From your signed-in workspace, open Brand Kit at /home/[account]/brand.
The page shows Identity on the left and Assets on the right.

2. Fill in Brand Context
In Identity, select Brand Context.
Enter the brand basics your drafts should follow: Brand Name, Brand Snapshot, Flagship Products, Target Personas, Problem / Solution, Differentiators, and Voice & Tone. Use Add product and Add persona to add entries under those sections.
Use Spokesperson to name people who can speak for the brand. Click Add spokesperson when you need another person.
Click Save changes when your updates are ready.

3. Add Brand Guardrails
Select Brand Guardrails.
Use Brand Hashtags for recurring hashtags, Do's for what content should emphasize, and Don'ts for what content should avoid.
Click Save changes to store the guardrails.

4. Review Assets
In Assets, review the available tabs: Voices, Fonts, Logos, Text, and Dictionary.
Add only the assets you are ready to use in future projects. If a tab is not visible in your workspace, continue with the available Brand Kit sections.

If something blocks you
Brand Kitdoes not open: confirm you are signed in and using a workspace URL in the/home/[account]/brandformat.Save changesis disabled: make at least one edit in the active tab, then try again.Add spokespersonis missing: remove an unused spokesperson row if you already have three listed.
Done
Your Brand Kit has saved identity details, guardrails, and any available assets you added.
Next actions:
- Create or update a project so Bevyl can use the saved brand context.
- Return to
Brand Kitwhenever your positioning, voice, guardrails, or assets change.
