Setup

  • Sign in to the workspace where you manage teammates.
  • Use the workspace owner account to update roles or manage pending invites. Members can invite other Members only when Invite Members is visible.
  • The workspace must allow invitations; some subscription or trial states can block invites before the form opens.
  • Required files or assets: teammate email addresses and the role each teammate should have.

Step by step

1. Open Members

Open Settings, then choose Members.

The page shows Team Members and Pending Invites.

2. Invite teammates

Click Invite Members and enter teammate email addresses in the member@email.com fields.

Use Add another one if you need to invite more than one person. You can enter up to five invitations at once.

3. Choose roles

Choose the role each teammate should receive. The role selector only shows roles your account is allowed to assign.

Click Send Invites.

The default roles are Owner and Member. Owners can manage roles. Members can invite other Members when invitation access is available, but they cannot change roles by default.

4. Review pending invites and member roles

Use Pending Invites to review invitations that have not been accepted yet. Invites show Active or Expired.

Owners can use member actions such as Update Role when an existing teammate's access changes. Owners can also use pending-invite actions such as Update Invitation, Renew Invitation, and Remove Invitation.

If something blocks you

  • Invite Members is unavailable: ask a workspace owner to check your role.
  • Invitations are blocked before the form opens: ask an owner to confirm the workspace subscription or trial state allows invitations.
  • A teammate cannot join: ask an owner to check Pending Invites. If the invite is expired, the owner can use Renew Invitation. If the email is wrong, the owner can use Remove Invitation, then send a new invite.
  • The wrong role was selected: ask an owner to use Update Invitation or Update Role before the teammate starts work.

Done

You are done when pending invitations are listed under Pending Invites and existing teammates show the right roles in Team Members.
