Bevyl is just a few months old, so we are still expanding our supported formats list. For now, we worked with brand marketing experts to select 5 of the highest impact video formats for brands: Step by Step Product Demos, UGC Product Reviews, Narrated B-Roll Montages, Talking Head Sizzle Reels, and Trending Sounds. These formats cover 90% of the best-performing videos for brands today, and when used in combination, constitute a highly effective cohesive strategy to grow your brand on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

How is Bevyl different from tools like Capsule, OpusClip, VEED, or Descript?

Short answer: those tools produce generic, one-size-fits-all videos, mostly made for podcast creators. Bevyl produces on-brand, ready-to-post videos that get smarter over time, made specifically for brand marketers. Long answer: We use the hours of raw, real footage clogging up your camera roll instead of off-brand, AI-generated nonsense. We learn your brand voice, visual style, pacing, tone, product, and target customer, and infuse that knowledge in every edit. We are the only tool that does full end-to-end editing (selecting clips, storylining, editing, text, captions, audio) all in one click. We support all the proven video formats brands need to grow and our format list is growing by the day. Most tools give you generic "virality" scores and black boxes. Most brand teams use 5-7 tools just to make one short-form video. Bevyl takes all of those tool capabilities and automates them in 1 simple platform. We replace: Scrolling TikTok/IG for trend and idea inspiration; ChatGPT/Claude for caption, script, and hook brainstorming; Descript/OpusClip for basic cleanup and clip isolation; CapCut/Premiere for clip trimming, sequencing, and editing; Canva for text overlays, visual overlays, and filters. This amounts to 3-5+ hours of manual editing time saved per finished video and infinitely fewer tabs open.

What types of input videos does Bevyl analyze?

Bevyl works best with real, non-AI-generated raw footage, and our Bevyl editor does not AI generate any footage that doesn't already exist. This was a very conscious choice as we do not feel that AI-generated video is good enough yet for authentic product-led short-form. We are consistently monitoring the latest tools as they improve, and will likely eventually enable AI-generated video as an editing input as well.

Can I edit videos directly in Bevyl? What creative controls do I have?

Accepted Answer

Yes - Bevyl does most of the heavy lifting, but if you have specific tweaks to the final output, you can fine-tune with our full video editor, which has all the same capabilities as CapCut. Once an edit is generated by our AI, you can go in and adjust audio, video, text, and images as you see fit!

Bevyl gets you a finished ready to post video in a few minutes instead of 3-5 hours of manual work.You can still tweak it however you want and customize to your needs but the blank screen panic is now gone. Bevyl combines a powerful AI video editor with creative brand taste. All you have to do is select your target video format and raw footage, and Bevyl kicks off its analysis. Bevyl applies 1) an overall video editing model that is trained on 1000s of videos to understand the best visual tactics to stop to scroll, retain viewers, and convert sales for brands and 2) a brand-specific model that understands what your product looks like, who you're targeting, and how you speak. Bevyl then uses the combination of these unique insights to intelligently select, trim, storyline and sequence clips, and write cohesive text overlays, voiceover, and caption, to generate your on-brand, ready-to-post final video.

The more you use it, the more Bevyl starts feeling like your in-house brand strategist and storyteller who already knows your brand inside out.

Does Bevyl support long uploads? How many videos can it analyze at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We can analyze videos up to 60 min and under 2 GB. That way you can upload your unedited raw footage with all the various versions, bloopers, and outtakes and our AI editor will pick the best takes. Our analysis tool can currently analyze and edit 10 raw videos at once, but we are working on expanding this in the future.

Question 11

How safe is my brand data in Bevyl? Will my data be used to help competitors?

We never share any of your proprietary brand data and do not use your videos to train other models without your permission. You can rest assured that whatever you give us is safe with us!

Which devices or browsers are supported?

Accepted Answer

Bevyl works on most modern browsers, but we recommend Google Chrome. We do not yet have a mobile app or mobile-supported website, but that is on our future roadmap!
