Edit Brand Context
Update the core brand details Bevyl uses when it drafts scripts, captions, and messaging.

Setup
- Sign in to the workspace whose brand context you want to update.
- Open
Brand Kitbefore editing core brand fields. - Required files or assets: none. Have your current brand positioning, audience, tone, and style notes ready before you edit.
- Use this guide for the core
Brand Contextfields only. Products, personas, and spokespeople are managed in nearby fields on the same tab.
Step by step
1. Open Brand Kit
From the workspace sidebar, click Brand Kit.
The Brand Kit page opens with the Identity section and brand controls.

2. Open Brand Context
In Identity, click Brand Context.
The top of the editable brand fields appears, including Brand Name, Brand Snapshot, Flagship Products, and Target Personas.

3. Update the brand summary fields
Enter the current company name in Brand Name, then update Brand Snapshot with the concise overview Bevyl should understand.
These fields give Bevyl the baseline identity and positioning saved for the workspace.
4. Clarify the problem and difference
Fill in Problem / Solution with the problem your brand solves and how you solve it.
Use Differentiators to name what makes the brand meaningfully different.
5. Set voice guidance
Use Voice & Tone to describe how the brand should sound across scripts, captions, and messaging.
Be concrete about style, energy, and language Bevyl should prefer or avoid.
Stay on Brand Context for positioning updates. Use Brand Guardrails only when you need to update rules, hashtags, do's, or don'ts.
6. Save your changes
Click Save changes.
When the save finishes, Bevyl shows Brand context saved.
If something blocks you
Save changesis disabled: change at least one field, then try again.- Changes do not stick after refresh: return to the correct workspace and save again; contact support if the same values disappear.
- You need to update products, personas, or spokespeople: stay on
Brand Context, but use the dedicated fields for those items instead of adding them into the core summary fields.
Done
Your core Brand Context fields are updated when Bevyl shows Brand context saved.
