Setup

  • Sign in to the workspace whose logo defaults you want to update.
  • Open Brand Kit before you start changing brand assets.
  • Required files or assets: a logo file in .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp, or .svg format, up to 10 MB.

Step by step

1. Open Brand Kit

From your workspace, open Brand Kit.

The page title changes to Brand Kit, with Identity and Assets sections.

2. Open Logos

In Assets, click Logos.

The tab shows either No logos uploaded or your saved logos, plus Upload logo.

3. Upload a logo file

Click Upload logo, then choose a .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp, or .svg file from your device.

Bevyl adds the logo to the list after upload. New logos default to the Bottom right safe zone.

You can save up to eight logos in Brand Kit.

4. Set the logo position

Click the placement value shown next to the logo (new logos show Bottom right by default).

Choose Top left, Top right, Bottom left, Bottom right, or Center.

Bevyl saves the updated placement for logo overlays generated from Brand Kit.

5. Remove a logo when needed

Click the Remove logo trash icon on a saved logo to delete it from Brand Kit.

The logo no longer appears in the saved logo list.

If something blocks you

  • Upload logo is disabled: wait for the current upload to finish, then try again.
  • Your file is rejected: use one of the accepted formats listed on the upload card, and keep the file under 10 MB.
  • The workspace has no brand identity yet: create a brand identity first, then return to Assets and open Logos.
  • You need a different logo location: click the current placement value (for example, Bottom right) next to the logo and choose another option.
  • You cannot upload another logo: remove an older logo first; Brand Kit allows up to eight saved logos.

Done

Your logo setup is complete when the uploaded logo remains in Logos with the placement you selected.

Next actions:

  • If your workspace has the Text tab, review text defaults if generated captions should use specific brand colors.
  • Create a new project to confirm the saved logo placement matches your campaign needs.
