Setup
- Sign in to the workspace that owns the finished project.
- Open any project that is ready to export — the
Homescreen shows a banner when projects are waiting. - No additional files or assets are needed; the source video is already attached to the project.
Step by step
1. Find a ready project
Go to Home. The banner at the top reads You have N projects ready to export. Each finished project card shows a Ready to export badge.

2. Open the editor
Click the project card to open it in the editor. The editor opens with the video preview in the center and the panel rail on the left.

3. Open the Export video panel
Click Export in the top-right corner of the editor. The Export video panel slides in on the right.
- The panel reads: Choose a format and we'll render your video. Exports typically take about 10-30 minutes.
- Select
MP4(the default format). - Click
Export videoto start rendering.

4. Wait for the notification
After you click Export video, Bevyl queues the render. You will receive an email when the video is ready. The render typically takes 10–30 minutes.
5. Download the file
When the email arrives, follow the download link in the email. You can also return to Home — the project card will show a download option once the render is complete.
If something blocks you
- Export button is disabled or missing: confirm the project has a published edit. Drafts that have not been reviewed cannot be exported.
- Export video panel does not open: refresh the editor page and try again.
- No email after 30 minutes: check your spam folder. If the email never arrives, contact support.
- Download link has expired: return to
Homeand download directly from the project card.
Done
You are done when the rendered MP4 file has downloaded to your device.
