Troubleshoot Create Project Flow

Fix the common blockers that stop a new Bevyl draft from creating — missing inputs, unsupported formats, and stuck generation — and get unblocked fast.

Setup

Sign in to the workspace where project creation is blocked.
Navigate to Create with bevyl and go back to the step where the issue appeared.
Have available: the source videos, voice selection, and format choice involved in the blocked draft.

Step by step

1. Open the create flow

Go to Create with bevyl. The first screen asks What video format would you like to use? with three options: Narrated Story, Trending Sounds, and Talking Head.

2. Fix blockers on the Inputs step

After selecting a format, the flow moves to Step 2 of 3 · Inputs. Resolve any inline errors shown:

Select at least one video to continue. — select one or more videos under Choose videos.
Select a voice to continue. — pick a voice under Choose a voice.

If Select videos shows nothing to choose, upload footage from Source Videos first, then return to Create with bevyl.

3. Retry a failed generation

If generation fails on the loading screen, select Try again to restart with the same inputs.

4. Contact support

If Try again does not recover the draft, contact support with the project name and the approximate time the failure occurred.

If something blocks you

Processing is slow: keep the tab open and check the project again after a few minutes.

Done

The create flow is unblocked when you can advance past the Inputs step and generation starts successfully.
