On August 31, 2025, YouTuber AverageArchive uploaded an edited version of the moment. The clip gained broader attention on November 20, 2025, when TikToker @butcanyouslowdown reposted it set to music with reaction images, captioned "the way he realised he has free will," accumulating over 22 million views. The audio subsequently appeared in over 14,000 TikToks as a lip-dub format in which creators sync to the clip while displaying text about realizing they are under no obligation to continue something.
